-append switch is supported with the SFTP protocol only.

Add line to csv file at ftp
I have used ftp.exe earlier but it does not support passive mode. So i tried this winscp put i cant get the line to work.
I want to add a line to a csv file at my ftp from the line stored at exportline.txt
This is what i tried:
[put -append F:\bat\stats\data\exportline.txt data/data.csv][/code]
