Check file size

Hi,

Possibly a very noob question but I have looked though the command help but can't find an answer.

I am using WinSCP command line with an hourly scheduled task to synchronize remote to our SFTP server.
The remote end has had issues with it's Internet connection and occasionally cutting out during a transfer, this can leave a partial file on the server with a timestamp that matches the remote side. This means that when the task runs again the file will not be copied until the remote side changes again.
Is there a way to tell WinSCP to compare the timestamp and the filesize in order to decide on what to transfer?

Thanks
