That's the problem with the SFTP code 4, it's not clear what it means.

The error message gives some hints.

file unable to be load into transition view

hi there,

I'm unable to load file into transition view as there is error message pop up as per below :

"General failure (server should provide error description).
Error code: 4
Error message from server (en-US):

Common reasons for the Error code 4 are:
- Renaming a file to a name of already existing file.
- Creating a directory that already exists.
- Moving a remote file to a different filesystem (HDD).
- Uploading a file to a full filesystem (HDD).
- Exceeding a user disk quota."


Could you please assist as I'm not sure what is the error.
