Thanks for the reply. Yes we are installing it silently with our Applications Installation and Management Software. We can try to use this Switch in the Installation Script.

I assume you talk about silent installation, right?
You can use /NOCLOSEAPPLICATIONS to prevent that.

This will make WinSCP postpone drag&drop shell extension upgrade until the next system start.

WinSCP 5.9.0 Installation Problem

Hello,
Greetings!
This post is regarding the problems with WinSCP 5.9 Installation.
Internet Explorer and some other Programs are getting closed after the Installation.
If we distribute this version from our Distribution Software, its not notifying the User to close the Application(for eg.Eclipse) but directly closing it and the Internet Explorer is getting closed after the Installation.
Can you please have a look on it?
