That does not make sense. How would you get the log file to the server, when you cannot even connect?

hi,

I need the log file to be on the remote server of my SFTP, but i dont want to send it through Winscp (when I have a connection problem i will not be able to send the log, and to see in the log that I have a connection problem).

I need the log file to be updated on my remote side.

can I create a copy of the log on my remote side?
or can i do something else to have a updated log file on my remote server?
