We cannot help you this this. Unless you can connect with any other SFTP client. Or unless you actually wanted to use FTP (WinSCP defaults to SFTP).
You better contact your server administrator.

I am a first time user for WinSCP trying to post claims to Office Ally. The user name and password i was given are apparently either not correct or are insufficient to grant access to the FTP. Attempt is stopping at the keyboard interactive authentication and i am being prompted to enter the password endlessly in a loop and the only reply i get from the host is "Further Authentication Required"
