You have to use an exclude mask to exclude the folders you do not want.

I have this folder structure:
folder1
--subfolder1
--subfolder2
folder2
--subfolder3
--subfolder4
folder3

I would like to only sync subfolder1 and subfolder3. Is it possible? Mask: "folder1/subfolder1;folder2/subfolder3" doesn't work.
