That hardly has anything to do with WinSCP.
It's a behavior of your SFTP server. Contact your server administrator.

Uploaded File Dissapears after SFTP in MInutes

Good Day

After using WinSCP 5.13 and uploading file on to FTP server using Microsoft SSIS using a script task, the file is successfully uploaded, however about 5 minutes the file disappears and sometimes a see a sample.zip.hash file in its place.

Any ideas
