Can you tell me options you've set for the custom command? Also, so you use any patterns in the command?

I have hard coded the script reference in the Custom Commands list. I right click on a remote file so I can see the Custom Command option and select the hard coded call to my shell script.

How exactly do you run the remote command?

I have setup some remote commands that run hard coded scripts on a remote server. Occasionally when I do this, as soon as the script completes (about 5 minutes) WinSCP will show minimized above the Windows Start button. When I try to maximize it, it only shows about 1" of the winow bar (with min, restore and exit buttons) but it does bring that part of the application up towards to top of the screen. I can click minimize, maximize but will not see the appication uless I click the X to close it and reopen it.
