Did it ever work before? Where did you get that connection information from? Can you login with any other SSH/SFTP client? Did you talk to server administrator/provider?

This has me stumped.

"sftp:// sitesuser.rootsweb.com" is not a host name, that URL. Hostname is "sitesuser.rootsweb.com"

Using Windows Xp 32 bit.
Trying to log in but having problems.
File protocol SFTP
Host Name - sftp:// sitesuser.rootsweb.com
Password - Saachiel2000#
Username - lanehistory

Getting network error connection timed out
Or
Server unexpectedly closed network connection.

Would appreciate if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong
