It's not a bug
OK, I found problem. I make mistake and set wrong path in destination pane. Destination and source were same file.

Nulling all file bytes (source and destination) during transfer
When I transfer file from source path (network disk) to destination path (SFTP) both files (source and final) were overwriten by NULL for every byte.
