Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your problem.
Can you please document the problem with few screenshots?

BUG - Current directory deleted, No longer Refreshes

If the current directory you are viewing gets deleted by another application it causes issues until winSCP is restarted. WinSCP will no longer automatically refresh the current directory being viewed. Directories I'm referring to are all on host machine.
