Invalid data type for 'AppsUseLightTheme'

I've try to use the portable executables WinSCP-5.15.2-Portable, when app start the following message are show Invalid data type for 'AppsUseLightTheme'.
The OS is Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (x64) Build 18362.145 (1903/May 2019 Update).
