Sync script upload delay
This is how I write the script:

open ftp://********
option reconnecttime off
synchronize remote -delete D:\FTP\MPZ\TH\send /send
exit
It is schedule to run every hour between 8pm - 8am.
The file, named S1_D12_C1_P61.MPZ, was found new at 20:01 on 26/6.

2019-06-26 20:01:27.470 Local file 'D:\FTP\MPZ\TH\send\12_2911445\live\S1_D12_C1_P61.MPZ' [2019-06-26T08:31:57.984Z] [529346] is new
But the upload was taken place at 03:08 on 27/6.
