But it works with text files?! An image file should not be any different.

Please note that FTP is not what WinSCP does. WinSCP is file transfer over a secure shell (SSH) connection. FTP is not encrypted and uses a different program running on the server than SSH does.

I use Leech FTP for uploading my pages, but when I try to upload some pictures, nothing happens. What do I do wrong? Or isn't it possible to upload pictures?
