It's not a common behaviour. You will have to ask that question to the server administrator.

Hi,
I am using Winscp 5.9.4.
I opened the GUI of Winscp and deleted the file directly by right clicking and "Delete".
After sometimes (ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes), the deleted files reappears.
Tried to "clear cache", refreshes many times. Nothing works.
Let me know what I am missing.
