I'm pritty sure that I unchecked that when I installed win scp but I will try again.

It is uninstalled with WinSCP.
Or do you want to keep WinSCP, just uninstall the extension?
The easiest way to do that is to uninstall WinSCP, keeping your settings.
And then reinstall WinSCP without the "extension" components:
