WinSCP keeps scrolling

Using the latest version of WinSCP and Windows 10 on my PC. Commander version.

Just yesterday, I encountered an issue that I cannot find a solution to or an online post addressing the issue.

When looking to update my site, I position the cursor over either side of the interface (the files on my PC or the ones on the web). Suddenly, the list just begins to scroll. It happens on either side of the interface as I said. I've found that I can stop the scrolling by depressing either the shift or the Ctrl key but I have to keep the key depressed in order for the scrolling not to occur. I did not update recently and I'm not aware of any changes that I made, certainly not purposefully, to my WinSCP program. It's making this process of updating very difficult, particularly when moving between folders. Any help?
