Did you have logging enabled? If not, there's no way to see the deleted files. At least not in WinSCP. Your server may have a record of the deleted files (though it's not sure). But for that you would have to contact your server administrator.

How to view what files were deleted

I accidentally deleted files from my remote server. I don't know what files were deleted as it was deleting a directory containing thousands of files. I have been searching for over an hour on how to do this and no one seems to comment on it. All I want to know is what files were deleted, I do not care about recovering them. I dont even understand how to view the log? This interface is very confusing.
