No. WinSCP .NET assembly is wrapper about WinSCP scripting interface. It needs winscp.exe. So it is not cross-platform.

I am building an netCore cross platform application. but i need to do sftp connection. I was looking for a good library to do that. But my app must be cross platform. So my question is: is winscp nugget for netCore a cross platform application?
