Removing a post I made before creating an account

I was urged by WinSCP to report an error I had with it, which I did, but I didn't realize it would be public, and after posting I realized I couldn't edit it, and it contains private information about the directory structure of my website. Can a moderator please contact me about removing or editing my post? I didn't create an account until after my post was published.
