"Exclude Temporary Files" update
I'm currently using the following which adds a few rules to the Exclude Temporary Files option in the "Keep up to date" feature. It stops, in particular, emacs temporary and backup files from being transferred (yes, I use emacs on Windows ;-) ).
*.bak; *.tmp; ~$*; *.wbk; *~; #*; .#*
I think this would be a good update to the default temporary files rule.
