Re: host fingerprint code

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, use /log=C:\path\to\winscp.log command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

host fingerprint code

Hello I have used WINSCP before and when connecting to a host I got an ssh rsa 2048 fingerprint code which worked fine in my command line script.

However when connecting to a new FTP server using SFTP I am getting a diffrent type of fingerprint this is attached. I have tried using the following command but sits not connecting
open sftp://username:password@QCSFTP.bbh.com -hostkey="ecdsa-sha2-nistp384 384 36:ea:9c:e5:59:6e:f2:72:09:bf:29:56:fd:fc:18:5b"

can you tell me if the format is wrong and what format I should use for this type of fingerprint ID. Thanks
