WinSCP changes file ownership on edit remote file

I don't know why, but for a particular file always the same on every server where it's located WinSCP changes its owner when saving it.

Before editing file is owned by apache user then ownership is set to root. That behavior occurs only for that file.

How can force WinSCP to not change ownership?
