We do not have a record for that. But it probably does, as TLS 1.2 was introduced by OpenSSL 1.0.1. WinSCP 5.7.5 used on OpenSSL 1.0.1p.

But you should use the latest version of WinSCP in any case. WinSCP 5.7.5 is almost six years old. It's not secure.
