Never Ask Me Again and Overwrite Remote File

If I try to check Never Ask Me Again and use Yes for the Overwrite Remote File question, I receive an Undefined Answer error.

Yes and Yes for All works without the Never Ask Me Again checked, but I would like for it to just go...
