You need to add /ALLUSERS or /CURRENTUSER to select the installation mode.

Can someone confirm this is the correct install command? I just can't get it to install.

I renamed the default exe name today to WinSCP.exe to simplify for the moment.

Install: WinSCP.exe /VERYSILENT
Uninstall: C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\unins000.exe /VERYSILENT

Detection rule: File C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe
