"Add CAPI Cert" button WAS missing
My apologies. The problem was resolved in Pageant 0.76-4. I didn't see the update before.

"Add CAPI Cert" button is missing
Running:
PuTTY-CAC 0.76-1
Pageant 0.76
WinSCP 5.19.6 (Build 12002 2022-02-22)
The Pageant Key List screen does not show the "Add CAPI Cert" button.
I see the issue once existed in 0.67 back in 2016 and the solution was to upgrade. I figured I'd bring it up here before rolling back to earlier versions.
