A connection should be made available as drive letter or using Windows Explorer
Actually I can add WebDAV or FTP to Windows Explorer to connect to a server.
WinSCP should add all other types too so I can access them over explorer and or drive letter.
Also the sync option should allow me to sync deletes too.
Means if a file or folder is deleted remote or local this will be propagated over synchronize both too. For this time needs to be accurate a safe check against timeserver would be useful.
Otherwise the server should include a metafile from WinSCP which stores the latest time so if some computer things he runs in past he can see that the time is already over and need to recheck ntp.
