So can you monitor it for a while to see, if the loss of the connection is the event, that causes the problem? Thanks.

Update: It happened again. Lost connection to the remote server and now I can't maximize the process from the system tray.

Hi martin,

Computer did not go to sleep and was not locked. An external device may have been reconnected as I usually do this, although I'm not entirely sure if this happened when I encountered this issue. Network may have been reconnected as well.

Re: Cannot maximize from system tray

Any idea, what event might cause the problem? Like did you lock the computer meanwhile? Did the computer went to sleep meanwhile? Did you connect/disconnect some device (like an external monitor)?

Cannot maximize from system tray

Hello,

I have an issue with the "keep remote directory up to date" feature and this appears to happen randomly.

I start it in a new window and minimize it to the system tray. After several hours, for some reason I can't maximize WinSCP. Clicking on the icon doesn't do anything, I always have to end it in the task manager and restart the process.
