In general, we cannot help you with your login. Please contact your local network administrator or your server administrator.
See Why can’t I connect or login to my server?

If you still believe the problem is in WinSCP, please post exact error message you are getting. Or even better a session log file.

Cannot log in

Good morning My name is Misty Sandlin and I am from Fountain County Auditor's office. We have updated our computers over the weekend, and I think this is affecting my log in to WinSCP.
