Re: AWS S3 credentials aren't updated at each login

But 5.21.7 is not the current version.

The current version is 6.1. And it behaves as documented.

AWS S3 credentials aren't updated at each login

The documentation of the Read credentials from AWS CLI configuration feature isn't conform with the current behavior of fetching the AWS credentials. Currently (v5.21.7), the credentials are fetched only when WinSCP is launched and they're never updated. The documented and expected behavior is that the credentials are fetched each time I login. Or better, each time I tick the option Read credentials from AWS CLI configuration.

How to reproduce:

  1. delete .aws\credentials
  2. launch WinSCP
  3. create a valid .aws\credentials
  4. check "Read credentials from AWS CLI configuration"
  5. the boxes stay empty
