Do I understand right that the file name starts with space, plain dash and another space?
Can you download the file using any other FTP client?
Please post session log file.

when transferring Windows to Windows but Ubuntu to Windows working fine.

I am using IIS FTP server on Windows and WinSCP on both client machines, Unicode is turned on both server and client, what causing this issue?
