The upgrade never deletes any sessions.
Are the sessions in registry? (and WinSCP fails to load them somehow) Or were they lost?
Or were/are you using INI file?
What version were you using before?

Update to V6.1.2 deleted all stored hosts and stored favourite folders.

I really like WinSCP since its very handy.
When upgrading to new version I've been asked whether I'd like to import stored connections from FileZilla. I answered no, since that's not wanted.
When starting WinSCP after the upgrade all previous stored connections were deleted.
This hasn't ever happened before.
