You didn't tell us what syntax do the Source and Destination have.
So I will guess that the Source is /Outbound, while it should have been /Outbound/*:

Alternatively, use Session.GetFilesToDirectory, where /Outbound would do.

Exclude Sub Folders

I am using VB.NET and I am retrieving files from a folder named /Output. Apparently there are sub-folders that have been added that I do not want to retrieve files from.
I am using the code below...
