I have reinstalled the failing server

No matter what I use in the protocol options for SFTP
Tried many things and options, even this one
The error is always the same
Expended several hours trying to find a way that works for
Ubuntu 23.10
This works well for Ubuntu 23.04
Any help is really appreciated
