Re: List FTPS directory

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem both from WinSCP and Robo-FTP.

To generate the session log file with WinSCP, use /log=C:\path\to\winscp.log command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

List FTPS directory

Hello,

I need support regarding WinSCP. I believe it is a configuration error on my part.

I have Robo-FTP on my server to retrieve files from a remote FTPS site. Robo-FTP works fine and I can connect and list the files, but when I connect in the same way using WinSCP, I cannot see the files available for download.

I am attaching an image of the connection settings in my Robo-FTP. I cannot figure out where the error is when using WinSCP.

Could you please help me?

WinSCP does not present an error when connecting, it just does not list the files and when I connect via the command line and use GET -transfer=automatic *, it informs me that there are no files available.
