I don't know of any. However, note that SSH code of WinSCP is taken from Putty 0.53b. So if Putty has some such validation, it should apply to WinSCP too.

NIST Security Validation

Has WinSCP2 received security validation from NIST (US Dept. of Commerce) or some similar organization?
