Automated installation

I know that without diving deep into the innosetup files and going to all that trouble, I can install WinSCP using the /silent or /verysilent flag. Is there also a flag (cannot find it in documention) that will choose the ALL USERS option for the shortcut?

The program oddly defaults to putting the shortcut on the current users desktop instead of all. (A choice in the manual install). Isn't there an /allusers or allusers=1 option?
