WinSCP does not support that. Added to TODO list.

Hallo,
after dialing up our customers have to pass through the ISPs firewall / ftp proxy. After successfully authentication by sending the command "SITE (with logon)" they can connect to the third party ISP to manage their homepages.
I can't find in WinSCPs proxy section this command. Is it possible to implement this feature?
