How to use Winscp to connect with Virtual Machine???

Dear Guys

I just install debian 4.0 on VMware Server Console. I would like to use WINscp to connect my computer with the virtual machine, but i do not know is it possible? And where I can get the Host name, username and password? Is there anything else I should do for the WINscp setting.
