WinSCP logs would not help. You should better check server logs to see what is wrong.

i was just browsing and then i got disconnected error (it happens alot, like every minute) so i press reconnect but now it says server refusted to start a shell/command. im using norton interface on SFTP having the little SSH box thing checked.
Do you need the logs, if you do please tell me how to get them cause idk how cause im a noob.
