Does anyone know how to "touch" a file in Windows, ie. change the timestamp without modifying the file?
Most filemanagers (Total Commands, Altap Salamander, FAR...) allows that.
Before posting, please read how to report bug or request support effectively.
Bug reports without an attached log file are usually useless.
