I have talked to att dsl,dell,hp windows diagnosis says problem with winsock provider catalog. ATT,Dell neither one are any help as neither one could pull up the page ftp.hp.com I need the software and driver for hp deskjet f4140 the install cd doesn't put all the software on computer.
thanks please somebody I have a ftp and sftp software install but that doesn't help either
