Hard to tell. But switching to passive mode may help.

not logging on properly
HI
All of a sudden I cannot connect fully. I use Windows XP and an ftp.
It says that it has found the connection and the port connection was successful, but then it says it cannot find the directory and times out....as below.
Timeout detected.
Could not retrieve directory listing
PORT command successful.
Error listing directory '\'.
It worked fine yesterday!
I have checked the firewall and the "WinSCP exception" is fine still.
Can you help please?
