Can you confirm claim in the other thread that it happens for second and further instances of WinSCP only?
For me this happens also in first instance.

Alt or ALt Gr key in config screens makes buttons disappear
Hi,
if I press Alt or Alt Gr key in any of config screens then many user interface buttons disappear. They will be shown again if I move mouse over their locations.
I am using WinSCP in 64 bit Vista.
