Do you use GUI or scripting? For GUI you can use /hostkey command line parameter. For scripting see documentation.

How to make winscp not to give me the warning
How to make winscp not to give me the warning, when I login in a server at the first time. The warning says "The server's key was not found in the cache...If you trust this host, press Yes. To connect without adding host key to the cache, press No...".
We want to make winscp to tacitly agree that we press Yes and not to give this warning even if the first time.
Because we only use winscp in the LAN,and it isn't neceissary to consider the safe in the net.
