What do you mean by shell integration here?

It would be great to get a shell integration that would allow us to synchronize a folder with a remote share using scp connection.

Preferences on the shares "connected" (the local and the remote one) should be saved as any other setting in order to speed up the process as much as possible: the first time a synchronization is set up, a prompt should ask the user which host and which folder must to be used, then we should access this options on a specific tab in the preference settings.
