Sorry, I do not see how encryption of private key can have any effect on connection.

Dear Support,
Currenty, one of clients has a problem with connecting to WinSSHD (SFTP) on their Linux box.
They suggested that if we can do DES encryption on PPK in OpenSSH 2 format, that would solve the problem.
How should I go about it? how can I encrypt a pair-key with DES?
Any help would be much appreciated.
