As I heard now the target server is a Filezilla server and we are using FTPS instead of SFTP.
That may be the reason why Filezilla works ...

We want to use WINSCP in a script therefore it is somehow mandatory.

Looking over the script, I believe what caused it was the get command. instead of using a wildcard as I have for other logins, I had a specific name. the script checks more than one folder for that file. Perhaps when it found the file, downloaded it, then looked in another folder and didn't find it, it wiped it out?

Unfortunately there is no log. I had it turned on, but sometime/somehow it got turned off (just in time for this error). I've got it turned back on in case something else happens.
The same people sent a file again today, and everything worked like it should though.

I'm transferring small (2-3 KB) .csv files and the receiving server receives blank files that show the correct file size. I can replaicate this using WinSCP while other SFTP clients transfer the files w/o issue. I can't make WinSCP work correctly no matter what settings I change. Help?
